Our Story
Mary Albright, founded The Flourish Co in 2016. As a child, Mary first learned of the calligraphic art from her grandmother who would write old hymns in gothic calligraphy. After hand addressing hundreds of her own wedding invitations and thank you cards, she fell in love with modern calligraphy and began The Flourish Co as an avenue of artistic expression.
Over the years, The Flourish Co became so much more than a calligraphy business. Offerings expanded from just wedding paper goods to logos, digital designs, animated gifs, and even printed planners. After years of separating her aesthetic pursuits from her technical, digital marketing expertise, Mary decided to merge her passions into one. Now The Flourish Co is a three part business offering calligraphy services, digital marketing expertise, and lifestyle/travel inspiration.
